Why are your delivery windows larger than normal?
For most orders delivery will happen very quickly. But we source products globally and rely on many suppliers. This means that delivery windows do vary. We also always provide the option of a delivery fee for quicker delivery where possible.

Yes! A tracking is provided in a confirmation email once an order is placed.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately not; many of our products are fragile and the delivery services we use take extra care to minimise handling and deliver direct.
